Folding sundial made of wood partly covered with paper with engraved/printed decoration and text. Compass recessed in the bottom plate. The inside dressed with paper with copper-printed decor hand-coloured. Hooks and loops of brass to lock the construction. The Compass of Brass, Iron Viewer, Paper with Printed Weather Bars Marks and Glass Locks. Twinned pink silk twist attached between the plates for timan designation. Latitudes from 40 to 54 indicated. Two vertical lists with names of European cities with indicated latitude printed on paper glued to the outside of the sun. The paper partly damaged/abducted.
