Innovative Research on Talent Cultivation for International Organizations in Chinese Universities

Under the dual background o f profound changes in the global governance system and the group rise of countries in the Global South , the insufficient representation of developing countries in international organi z ations and their insufficient governance discourse have become the core issues restricting their influence and participation in global governance, which to a certain extent impede the process of democrati z ation of global governance. Taking the practice of cultivating talents in international organi z ations in Chinese universiti es as the empirical object, and combining with the talent demand of international organi z ations in the context of global governance, this study systematically reveals China’s current structural dilemma in the supply of talents for global governance and the path to break it through the combination of textual analysis, content analysis method and semi structured interviews.
