Determination of the origin of goods

The textbook outlines the issues that reveal the importance of determining the origin of goods for customs regulation. The analysis of international treaties and agreements regulating the procedure for determining the origin of goods for customs purposes, as well as the specifics of the application of the rules of origin of goods in world practice, is carried out. The article examines the modern practice of determining the origin of goods in the Eurasian Economic Union, issues of control over the legality of the application of tariff preferences, the basis for the provision of which is the correct determination of the origin of goods. The questions for self-control and tasks for independent work are given. Meets the requirements of the federal state educational standards of higher education of the latest generation.
