Deans give advice to deans, Part I

View through CrossRef
Learning from the experience of others can save you time and potential heartache in any role. As it's been over 10 years since I've been a dean, I asked experienced deans who are in the trenches now, or were recently, to provide advice to fellow current deans. I received so much great advice that I've decided to do a three‐part summer series on the topic. I hope it will be something helpful to new deans, seasoned deans, and other leaders.
