The House of Fame, one of Chaucer’s major dream-visions stories, appears here in the version published by Durham Medieval Texts and edited by Professor Nicholas R. Havely, with both publisher’s and editor’s permission. This work is accompanied by a unique recording of the text performed aloud, also available on the Bloomsbury Medieval Studies platform. As in all of the accompanying recordings produced by The Chaucer Studio, the recording is done by prominent scholars of Chaucer and the Middle Ages.
