Sketch on board, with annotations "Sketch No. II", "trim of grey as in skirt", and "welt seam with pockets". A knee-length V-neck belted dress. The three-quarter length sleeves are set-in. There are two welted seams at the front of the skirt with seam pockets. There are two buttons in the bodice. A smaller sketch shows a skirt and short-sleeved top of similar design but not belted.
