Peran Kepemimpinan Asta Brata Kepala Desa terhadap Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Membangun Desa

In the village development process there are two important parts, namely community participation and government guidance, or there are two parties involved in the village development process, namely the community and the government. The leadership of the village head in Antiga village approaches the role of the Hindu leadership pattern which can be known as the Asta Brata leadership pattern, referring to God's leadership pattern with attitudes and behavior in serving the community sincerely and having a good impact on community members. The number of respondents in this study was 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The results of this research are that the influence of Asta Brata's leadership on community participation is significantly positive, meaning that the higher Asta Brata's leadership, the better the community participation in the development of Antiga Village in Karangasem Regency. The R-Square value is 0.541, which means that 54.1% of Community Participation is influenced by Asta Brata Leadership, the remaining 45.9% is influenced by other factors outside this research.
