Antiquities from Wales

View through Europeana Collections
The drawings show various antiquities from Brecon. They include: an inscribed stone from Trecastle Hill, another inscribed stone found by the Roman road between Capel Coelbren and Mynidd Kirr, an inscribed stone (evidently a Medieval tomb stone) found near Ystradfellte, another stone from the same area, with a cross carved on it, a stone relief from a house in Talgarth, in the form of a circle with angels holding inscribed shields, and a detail of the inscription (thought to read 'Jesus II76', but probably much later).
