The Forum for United Leaders in Graduate Medical Education (FULGME) is an innovative initiative designed to bring together a diverse array of professionals within the medical education sector. This forum aims to create a collaborative environment where Program Administrators, Program Managers, and GME Leaders can share their insights, best practices, and research. By fostering a community dedicated to high- quality research dissemination, critical inquiry, and peer-review, FULGME seeks to elevate the standards of graduate medical education. The establishment of this forum is driven by the need for a centralized platform that promotes professional development, leadership, and the continuous improvement of medical education. Through a national survey conducted in December 2023, it was evident that there is a strong demand for such a platform, with over 95% of respondents supporting the creation of FULGME. This initiative marks a significant step towards enhancing the quality and inclusivity of medical education, ensuring that all voices within the community are heard and valued.
