LEGAL REGULATION OF DIGITALIZATION OF BUSINESS ACTIVITY IN KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

The presented article is devoted to the consideration of the system of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic, aimed at regulating relations, on the one hand, digitalization, the introduction of modern digital technologies, on the other, entrepreneurial activity. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the context of globalization and the development of modern technologies, it is important to take into account the normative regulation of business activities taking into account the realities of the present time. For effective and stable civil circulation, constant development of the regulatory legal framework is necessary. In particular, new transaction systems, transaction forms, online tax reporting methods are emerging, mobile applications are being introduced for business entities, and much more. Clear regulatory regulation of such relations will ensure the development of the entrepreneurship system and serve as an effective measure for implementing the provisions of regulatory legal acts.
