SOSIALISASI PENERAPAN ANALISA PRODUKTIVITAS TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKSI DI GILANG GYPSUM HOME INDUSTRI

ABSTRAKPerkembangan dunia industri semakin pesat setiap harinya hal ini ditandai dengan semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan konsumen dan banyaknya daya saing. Setiap industri saling bersaing dengan cara memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada untuk menghasilkan hasil produksi. Dalam suatu perusahaan, terdapat beberapa aspek yang mempengaruhi keuntungan salah satunya adalah produktivitas. Melalui Kegiatan Kerja Praktek yang sempat kami lakukan maka saat ini kami mencoba melakukan Sosialisasi Penerapan Anlisa Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Produksi khususnya Gilang Gypsum Home Industri. Kami memiliki kegiatan yaitu melakukan pengamatan yang dilanjutkan dengan mensosialisasikan secara langsung penerapan analisa dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja terhadap produksi industri salah satunya Gilang Gypsum Home Industri. Hasil dari metode tersebut adalah mengetahui perhitungan produktivitas suatu proses produksi sehingga dapat berguna untuk memahami dan mengembangkan untuk menjadi industri yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Selain itu, penerapan analisa ini dapat dilakukan juga kepada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Kata kunci : home industri; produktivitas; teknik industri ABSTRACTThe development of the industrial world is growing rapidly every day marked by the increasing needs of consumers and the increasing number of competitiveness. Through the practical work activities that we had done, at this time we are trying to socialize the application of labor productivity analysis to production, especially Gilang Gypsum Home Industry. We have activities that carry out observations which are followed by directly socializing the application of Analysis with the aim of increasing labor productivity for production, one of which is Gilang Gypsum Home Industry. The result of this method is to know the estimate of a production process so that it can be useful for understanding and developing to become a better industry than before.
