KOMUNITAS VESPA KRAKSAAN: STUDI INTERPRETATIF TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN IDENTITAS SOSIAL

The social grouping of the vespa kraksaan community begins with a common belief in the need for grouping. It can be seen that there are factors that are owned by the members of the group, so that the relationship between them grows closer. These factors can be the same interests, hobbies, and even these groups also have the same goals. The Vespa community is identified with the existence of Vespa motorcycles used by community members. The formation of a community can be a useful to help each other and share all kinds of information and knowledge about Vespa such as maintenance, repair, good workshop location, location of accessories sellers, spare parts, and others. The existence of a social group requires the existence of symbols that signify one group with other groups, these symbols that will later be used as an identity for the community. This study uses an interpretive paradigm that seeks to understand how the process of forming the Kraksaan vespa community becomes a social identity. The approach of this research is descriptive qualitative, that is seeing the phenomenon according to social reality to what it is, this approach is also looking for the most basic characteristic of social identity formation. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, literature studies and documentation. The analysis in this study includes three lines of activities, those are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study show that social grouping of the vespa kraksaan community begins with a common belief in the need for grouping. ABSTRAK Bagian abstrak artikel Dinamika Sosial: Jurnal Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial berfungsi untuk menggambarkan secara singkat isi jurnal. Untuk abstrak jurnal, ditulis antara 150 hingga 250 kata yang merangkum fokus dan pentingnya kajian, metode, hasil, dan kesimpulan. Hal yang harus dihindari dalam penulisan abstrak adalah adanya singkatan atau kutipan. Abstrak harus berdiri sendiri tanpa catatan kaki. dan terdiri dari satu paragraf dan diketik dalam satu spasi. Abstrak ditulis menggunakan Palatino Linotype-10, diratakan kiri dan kanan serta spasi antar baris 1 spasi. Untuk artikel berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, abstrak ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia. Sedangkan artikel berbahasa Arab, abstrak ditulis dengan bahasa Inggris dan Arab. Pembentukan suatu komunitas dapat menjadi media yang bermanfaat untuk saling membantu serta berbagi segala macam informasi dan pengetahuan tentang vespa seperti perawatan, perbaikan, lokasi bengkel yang bagus, lokasi penjual aksesoris, suku cadang, dan lain-lain. Keberadaaan kelompok sosial memerlukan adanya simbol yang menandakan suatu kelompok tersebut dengan kelompok lain, simbol tersebut yang nantinya akan dijadikan identitas bagi komunitas. Studi ini menggunakan paradigm interpretive yang berusaha memahami bagaimana proses pembentukan komunitas vespa Kraksaan menjadi identitas sosial. Pendekatan daripada penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu melihat fenomena tersebut sesuai kenyataan sosial menurut apa adanya, yakni mencari sifat yang paling dasar dari pembentukan identitas sosial menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi tiga alur kegiatan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
