Hyperkeratosis Lenticularis Persians (Flegel)

View through CrossRef
The hitherto reported cases of hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans are reviewed. The clinical, light- and electron-microscopical features of an additional case with a positive family history are reported. Hyperkeratosis lenticularis perstans appears to be characterized by a unique ultrastructural alteration, lack of Odland bodies in the epidermis underlying the keratotic papule.
