Colisión de políticas educativas con la cultura oral quechua en Apurímac

In the present work, the problem of the educational policy implemented by the State and its relationship with the quechua oral culture in Apurímac is addressed. According to the data from the 2007 National Population Census, corroborated with the results of the 2017 Census and the data collected from the Regional Directorate of Apurímac, it is found that basic education students in Apurímac have quechua as their predominant means of social communication. mother tongue, on average 80%; however, the Spanish language is privileged as the official language of Peru, this fact collides with the child's right to be educated in their language and culture, however, EBI is being implemented only in rural areas, partially without covering more 50% student demand and with many limitations, since it does not have specialized teachers, nor is it well implemented with relevant educational texts and materials, this program is not integrated with secondary and higher education.
