Lamp
View through Harvard Museums
Lamp has two projecting spouts from an original four spouts. Each has a channel hole connecting to a central pan in the form of four walled quadrants sculpted on their floors with two low relief channels for passage of oil. Between each spout on the exterior is a sculpted double palmette. The underside has a gentle depression. Surface has some encrustation.

The lamp was an integral part of the personal collection of a Belgian family. The family of Dr. Andre Lagneau moved from Belgium to Geneva Switzerland in 1961. They now live in Neuchatel.
