The remarkable advancement of biotechnology has initiated a novel era of innovation, profoundly altering various fields, such as environmental sustainability and agricultural productivity. Biotechnological interventions present possible answers to the growing environmental problems of pollution, climate change, and depleting natural resources, as well as the increasing need for food to feed a growing world population. This book, “Prospects of Biotechnological Approach in Environment and Agricultural Fields,” explores the breakthrough potential of biotechnology in resolving these significant issues. The integration of biotechnological tools into environmental science has created new opportunities for pollution reduction, waste management, and ecological restoration. Biological remediation, microbial-based valuable products, and genetic engineering of plants and microorganisms demonstrate the significant potential of biotechnology in developing sustainable environmental solutions.
