The Theoretical Logic and Practical Approach of High Quality Development of Dongpo Qihuang Characteristic Sports Tourism

By using the methods of literature, on-the-spot investigation and expert interview, this paper discusses how to realize the high-quality development of Dongpo qihuanghang characteristic sports tourism, specially makes an in-depth analysis of its theoretical foundation, practical obstruction and practical approach. It is believed that the current development of Dongpo Qihuang characteristic sports tourism still has some practical obstacles, such as vague management rights and responsibilities, lack of systematic planning, and dual weaknesses in human and financial resources. In view of these obstacles, this paper puts forward the practical approach of clarifying management rights and responsibilities, scientific and systematic planning, and making up for the shortage of human and financial resources.
