Vuca stands for volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity regarding the vuca era. We can see that vuca describes something that is full of ambiguity, not directed. situations that tend to change very quickly from unclear causes and effects, which is a very ironic situation. and with technology increasingly sophisticated rapidly, environmental changes, economic and social disparities, anxiety, depression are increasing and the pressure to adapt are challenges that must be faced in this vuca era. one of the challenges is the influence of the social environment on the personality of adolescents. the influence of the social environment on the personality of adolescents has a more significant negative impact in this era due to the influence of the surrounding environment. This study aims to understand more deeply about the influence of the social environment on the personality of adolescents in the vuca era. This research was made using a descriptive method and this study had the aim of analyzing and understanding the impact of environmental influences on the personality of adolescents in the vuca era. As time goes by, there are many changes in the nature and character of teenagers in this vuca era. In the social development of adolescents, peers play an important role. the role of peers towards adolescents is mainly related to attitudes, interests, and behavior. Teenagers often judge that if they wear the same clothing style as members of popular groups, then their chances of being accepted by their peers are great. Likewise, if group members try to drink alcohol, drugs or cigarettes, teenagers tend to follow them regardless of the consequences. This is enough to prove the influence of the social environment on the development of adolescent social relations in this VUCA era. Teenagers should make adaptations in their social life in interacting in daily interactions, because with adaptation adolescents can adapt themselves in behaving and thinking in their environment towards more positive in dealing with this Vuca era.
