PRAKTIK KEGIATAN HUMAS BNN DALAM PEMANFAATAN MEDIA SOSIAL

The purpose of this research is to describe the social media function of BNN public relations and to describe the management of social media of BNN public relations. Data analysis was performed with interactive models from Miles and Huberman. The results showed that there are four roles and functions of social media PR BNN. First, simplicity; it appears on the social media BNN PR such as facebook, instagram, twitter and youtube that can be accessed easily by the whole community. Second, building relationships; this is evident in the existence of social media BNN PR can be a container for the community to submit complaints and input related to the presentation of information and activities of PR BNN. Third, global reach; this is evident from the social media accounts of BNN Public Relation which presents the content according to the field of the institution or organization. Fourth, measurable; can be seen from the message of BNN Public Relations through social media owned that shows that basically BNN Public Relations party utilizing social media is to influence the social media users and the wider community in order not to take action or misuse of drugs. In addition, the results show that management of social media management by BNN PR is done by presenting content or messages of danger of drug abuse and prevention efforts that are more massive and well accepted by the whole community both in the city and in the village.
