COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF TUMANYAN’S “ANUSH” AND SHAKESPEARE’S “ROMEO AND JULIET”

This paper offers a comparative analysis of two seminal works of world literature: Hovhannes Tumanyan’s Anush and William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Both texts center on the theme of love, presenting it as a powerful yet ultimately destructive force in the lives of their protagonists.
