Set against a plain background is a female figure. She wears a dark blue shawl with gold trim that wraps around her head, her upper body, and cascades down her back, nearly to her ankle. She wears a red skirt with pleating down the middle. She wears several bracelets and bangles on each hand. Her right hand gently tugs at the gold trim of her shawl in front of her. Her feet are bare and she wears white anklets and several toe rings on each foot. The figure bears a large red dot (bindi) on her forehead and a small nose ring. She has wide, almond-shaped eyes and red lips. Below her, written in cursive and black ink, is: “Woman of Goojerat” (Gujarat). Company School.
