ABBREVIATION OF INTERNATIONAL MULTI-COMPONENT TOURISM TERMS IN THE LANGUAGE

The article explains that tourism has a special terminological background as a developing field in the world and a modern scientific direction, and provides information on the adoption of abbreviations for some international tourism terms. The causes and ways of the emergence of international tourism abbreviations are investigated, the meaning of a number of terms related to hospitality is analyzed, and attempts are made to clarify the issues of their abbreviations. The article also substantiates the enrichment of tourism terminology in modern times and the international character of these terms, the acquisition of terminological abbreviations in the way accepted by international standards.
