Korczak, le respect de l'enfant

After having described three cases in which adults have shown no respect for children, Georges Snyders explains how Korczak, a paediatrician by profession, became interested in education because he found medicine inadequate. Korczak appeals to us to consider both aspects of the question : on the one hand, to create organisations which go beyond immediate and individual responses, an on the other, to take into account the unique personality of the child.
