Copié dans les marges de la grande Bible des chanoines de Saint- Pierre de Genève, cet acte inconnu que l'on peut dater des années 1061 à 1080 porte donation par Géraud, premier comte connu de la dynastie des comtes de Genève, aux chanoines de cette ville, de la villa d'Onex. Ce document renforce hypothèse de l'antériorité du pouvoir comtal à Genève par rapport à celui de l'évêque et projette quelques lueurs sur l'origine de la dynastie des comtes.
