PROFIL PEDAGANG MAKANAN KAKI LIMA KABUPATEN BUNGO UNTUK MENDUKUNG PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA KABUPATEN BUNGO

The number of street food vendors in the Regency is one of the potentials for developing culinary tourism in Bungo Regency. The existence of street food vendors in Bungo Regency can be used as an attraction to attract culinary lovers. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile, diversity, type of food sold, as well as trading facilities available at street food vendors in Bungo Regency in supporting the development of culinary tourism in Bungo Regency. This research is a descriptive research using survey method. The location of this research is street food vendors in Muara Bungo City, precisely in Pusparagam Park (taman smagor), where there are many street food vendors. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed with a single tabulation. The data presented is in the form of an overview of the profile of street food vendors and then describes the profile, diversity, types of food sold, as well as trading facilities used by street food vendors in Bungo Regency to support the development of culinary tourism in Bungo Regency.
