WODGINITE IN RARE-METAL GRANITES OF THE KESTER DEPOSIT (EASTERN YAKUTIA)
View through CrossRef
In Russia, the second find of wodginite was made in rare metal lithium-fluoride granites. The composition of wodginite confirms the tungsten geochemical specialization of Li-F granites of the Russian Far East, expressed in the wide distribution of tungsten and tungsten-containing accessory minerals. The discovery of wodginite, intermediate in composition between wodginite and a hypothetical “wolframowodginite”, confirms the possibility of identifying a new mineral called “wolframowodginite”.
