Projektkontrolling és a SAP

A cikk témája a projektkontrolling és informatikai támogatása az SAP integrált vállalatirányítási rendszer IM (Investment Management) és PS (Project Structure) moduljával. A témaválasztás oka, hogy ma a cégek egyre jelentősebb része valamilyen formában már használja a projektköltség-számítást. A projekt- költség-számítás informatikai támogatásának minősége meghatározó lehet egy-egy projekt kapcsán. Amennyiben az adott információrendszer nagymértékben figyelembe veszi a felhasználók igényeit, széles körű információkinyerési lehetőségeket biztosít, és ezáltal a döntéseket jól megalapozza, hozzájárul a projekt sikerességéhez, vagyis segíti a költségkeretek betartásán túl a költségek csökkentését, a nagyobb előre- láthatóság megteremtését és a kockázatok minimalizálását.
