Design of a New Chipboard-Splitter

Definite shape and thickness of chipboard, followed a given size, can be divided in many parts and manufactured kinds of paper products, such as packing box and cushion. However, the species of packed cargo appear a lot, with the change of chipboard size. So a reasonable chipboard-splitter should be designed to meet packing measurement and reduced chipboard throwaway. After a chipboard-splitter was designed and introduced its operating principle, simulation software was used to design and optimize knife saw of chipboard-splitter. At the same time, force analysis of important structure had been put in practice to meet the intension demand. At last, the device has been put into operation and gotten a good effect.
