Married 6 August 1863 to Emily Frances (d. 31 December 1892) second daughter of Colonel Charles Towneley. Colonel Philip Smith, Grenadier Guards Countess of Listowel. Lady Ernestine Brudenell-Bruce (d. 27 December 1936) daughter of the 3rd Marquess of Ailesbury married William Hare, 3rd Earl of Listowel on 31 August 1865. Unidentified man.
