The textbook discusses the main provisions on the organization of construction production, the organization of design and surveys in construction, organizational and technical preparation for construction. The basics of on-line organization of construction and execution of construction and installation works, methods of calendar planning of construction and management of construction facilities, including using network modeling methods, issues of organization of construction sites and design of construction plans, organization of material, technical and transport support of the construction process are described. The content of the system and methods of management of a construction and installation organization, including operational management of construction production, is disclosed and considered.
