On each side of the emblem stands a green-headed prism column on the floor. On the plinths of the columns is a golden cartouche with an oval shield. In the cartouche on the right pillar there is the emblem of Uher: polceno, on the right five times divided in red and silver, on the left in red on the green triangle grows from the golden crown a silver patriarch cross. It is also a semi-female figure with an exposed upper body. It is wound around the waist with a purple, gold-lined upper dress, the lower dress has a blue one with a red, gold-lined lining. Vlas has a golden, bound with a golden rope, the shoe is in red - a golden caliga, holds gold scales in the right, an iron sword with a golden elbow and auspices in the left. Behind the figures, a niche clutches into the column, a ceiling is laid over the pillars, which is the same color as the pillars and is hatched in gold.
