<b>Russian Abstract:</b> В статье раскрыт процесс формирования представлений о Палестине в проповеднической деятельности Томского и Тобольского отделов Императорского Православного Палестинского общества в конце XIX – начале ХХ вв. Показана эволюция взглядов на историю и современное положение Святой Земли, рассмотрены факторы, которые влияли на эту эволюцию.
<b>English Abstract:</b> In article process of formation of ideas of Palestine in evangelical activity of Tomsk and Tobolsk departments of Imperial Orthodox Palestinian society at the end of XIX – the beginning of the XX centuries is opened. Evolution of views of history and modern position of the Holy Land is shown, factors which influenced this evolution are considered.
