Direct fetal chromosome studies from chorionic villi

View through CrossRef
AbstractAn easy and reproducible technique for direct fetal chromosome analysis after chorionic biopsy is described. Very high colchicine concentration and rehydratation of the fixed villi are the two original points of this method.
