In blue and gold shades against the background of national floral ornament, a greenish-brown portrait of the oak leaves of Lydia Koidula in the bezel, life dating (1843-1886) and name on a white ribbon with a red rim; opposite side, cannel, letter roll, book and goose feather in the centre of the oak wreath, oak leaves lined with gold.
