The purpose of this research is the role of empowerment on organizational entrepreneurship, as today empowerment and entrepreneurship is one of the topics that has a special effect on society and organizations, and as entrepreneurship causes the growth and development of the country and minimizes unemployment in the society and causes the growth of industry bases, and empowerment is also considered as one of the useful tools for improving the quality of employees and increasing organizational effectiveness.  Qualitative research method is of library type where information is collected in library form.  In this research, an attempt has been made to identify theories, models and research methods used in this field by using authoritative specialized books and also using the study of scientific articles, specialized books, reports and previous research related to empowerment and organizational entrepreneurship in the field of education.  The findings of the research explain that employee empowerment has positive effects on entrepreneurial attitude and employee behavior.  Therefore, the study of successful organizations shows that employee empowerment has an effective role in organizational entrepreneurship.  Because empowerment provides the foundation for sustainable competitive advantage, and for real success in empowering workers, concepts such as power, authority, accountability, and leadership must be reviewed.  In organizational life, job satisfaction is one of the important issues that occupy the employees of organizations, and part of the physical and intellectual energy of the organization is spent on job satisfaction in the organization.  Employee empowerment is the focus of job satisfaction in the organization. The meaning of job satisfaction is that the organization provides the means to empower the individual.  The quality of work life in the organization, making employees a partner in decisions and meeting their needs will empower them and create organizational commitment in them  .
