Pengembangan Hipotesis Untuk Memahami Entrepreneurial Intention Mahasiswa Menggunakan Theory of Planned Behavior Dan Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy

Tujuan Penelitian_Mengembangkan hipotesis untuk memahami Entrepreneurial Intention mahasiswamenggunakan indikator-indikator dari Theory of Planned Behavior dan Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy.
Metode/Desain_Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur. Sumber data berasal dari data sekunder yakni berupa kajian atas riset-riset terdahulu.
Temuan_Entrepreneurial self-efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Attitude towards entrepreneurship memediasi hubungan antara entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan entrepreneurial intention. Perceived entrepreneurial control memediasi hubungan antara entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan entrepreneurial intention. Subjectivenorms memoderasi pengaruh mediasi attitude towards entrepreneurship pada hubungan antara entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan entrepreneurial intention. Subjective norms memoderasi pengaruh mediasi perceived entrepreneurial control pada hubunganantara entrepreneurial self-efficacy dan entrepreneurial intention.
Implikasi_Perlu dilakukan pengujian secara empiris dengan melakukan studi lebih lanjut melalui pendekatan induktif, dimana analisis dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan teknik statistik inferensial menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS).
