Warrior from Capestrano

3D model representing the Warrior of Capestrano, an Italic sculpture dated in the 6th century BC, made in a local soft limestone. It was found in the necropolis of the ancient city of Aufinum, near by Capestrano (L’Aquila, Abruzzo, IT). It represents a warrior of the ancient Italic population named Vestini. It is one of the most monumental and significant works of Italic art and is preserved in Chieti, in the National Archaeological Museum of Abruzzo.
