Research on the Application Potential and Promotion Strategies of Biopesticides in Green Agriculture

View through CrossRef
This investigation meticulously examines the multifaceted dimensions of biopesticides within the evolving paradigm of sustainable agricultural practices. Empirical evidence demonstrates that these biologically-derived crop protection agents—characterized by their remarkable efficacy coupled with negligible toxicological profiles and minimal residual persistence—have emerged as indispensable components in contemporary integrated pest management frameworks. Despite China's noteworthy advancements in biopesticide research and deployment, market penetration remains disproportionately modest, constrained by a constellation of impediments spanning technological limitations, economic viability concerns, and insufficient stakeholder cognizance. The manuscript scrutinizes the transformative potential of biopesticides in agricultural sustainability: their capacity to supplant conventional synthetic agrochemicals, enhance crop nutritional integrity, and safeguard ecosystem functionality. Furthermore, it delineates a comprehensive implementation strategy encompassing governmental policy interventions, scientific innovation trajectories, market development mechanisms, and field demonstration protocols—all oriented toward accelerating the widespread adoption of these biological alternatives. Such initiatives may ultimately catalyze the transition toward ecologically resilient agricultural systems, thereby reconciling productivity imperatives with environmental stewardship obligations in an increasingly resource-constrained world.
