The Study of the Literary Heritage of Scholar Töre Mirzayev

This article analyzes the scholarly papers presented in the book “Folk Studies Masters” and highlights the scientific heritage of major representatives of Uzbek folkloristics – Töre Mirzayev, Ohunjon Safarov, and Mamatqul Juraev, as well as their contributions to the development of folkloristics. Based on the articles included in the collection, their contributions to collecting folklore heritage, preparing it for publication, conducting scientific analysis, and developing its theoretical foundations are examined. In addition, their pedagogical activities, traditions of academic supervision, and role in creating scientific schools are also considered. The article provides a scientific and theoretical justification of the significance of these scholars’ activities in the development of the field of folkloristics.
