With his work, exactingness, and qualifications, Sergey Alexandrovich made significant contributions to the development and production of air conditioning systems (ACS) in Russia for railway transport. For many years he was the mind and eyes of Russian Railways in the realm of ACS. He was known for his consistent demand and support for the creation and implementation of new technologies.
