STATE SUPPORT FOR AGRIBUSINESS ENTREPRENEURIAL STRUCTURES

Introduction. The agricultural sector of Ukraine plays a strategic role in ensuring the food security of the state, forming export potential and supporting the socio-economic development of rural areas. In the context of military challenges, macroeconomic instability, logistical constraints and transformation of global agri-food markets, an effective system of state support for agribusiness entrepreneurial structures is of particular importance. Methods. In the research process, a complex of general scientific and special methods was used, in particular, the methods of theoretical generalization, system analysis and scientific abstraction - to study the economic essence of state support for agribusiness and mechanisms of state regulation of the agricultural sector. Economic-statistical, comparative and structural-dynamic methods were used to analyze the dynamics of financing state programs for agribusiness support, the development of credit mechanisms and the digitalization of state aid. Methods of systematization, logical generalization and forecasting were used to substantiate the directions of improving the system of state support for agribusiness in the conditions of military and European integration transformations. Results. As a result of the study, the theoretical and applied principles of forming a system of state support for entrepreneurial structures of agribusiness in conditions of military instability, economic transformations and European integration processes were substantiated. It was established that the modern system of state support for agribusiness is characterized by the strengthening of the role of financial and credit mechanisms, digitalization of administration procedures, development of logistics support programs, humanitarian demining and adaptation of the agricultural sector to climate challenges. The directions of improving state support for agribusiness based on the development of risk-oriented regulatory mechanisms, digital management platforms, support for small and medium-sized businesses and harmonization of Ukraine's agricultural policy with the principles of the EU Common Agricultural Policy are substantiated. Discussion. Prospects for further research include the development of risk-oriented models of state support for agribusiness, improvement of agricultural insurance mechanisms, and formation of integrated digital platforms for state aid management. Of particular importance are studies of the effectiveness of state support in the conditions of a war economy, the adaptation of Ukraine's agrarian policy to the principles of the EU's Common Agricultural Policy, and the introduction of climate-resilient technologies into the agribusiness system.
