PLANIRANJE I MONITORING ZELENE INFRASTRUKTURE U LESKOVCU – ZAKONSKA OBAVEZA ILI DOBRA VOLJA URBANISTA

Green infrastructure in the urban planning process in Leskovac has been recognized as part of the green space system, which was under significant attention and, for many years, played an important role. Three strategic documents were analyzed – the General Urban Plans of Leskovac – regarding the development, organization, and maintenance of green areas. Additionally, new documents have been presented: the Urban Area Development Strategy of the City of Leskovac from 2024, which acknowledges the importance of green infrastructure, and the Document on Technical Conditions for the Construction of Public Green Spaces in the Territory of the City of Leskovac, including its First Amendments and Supplements. Finally, for the purposes of this study, monitoring of the planned green space system was executed successfully.
