DUAL FORM OF HIGHER EDUCATION: HOW THE QUESTION IS BEING SOLVED

У статті розглянуто зміст і сутність дуальної форми навчання на підставі теоретичного аналізу вітчизняних і зарубіжних наукових праць та нормативних документів. Основну увагу зосереджено на узагальненні зарубіжного й вітчизняного досвіду реалізації системи дуальної освіти та обґрунтуванні необхідності впровадження дуальної форми здобуття освіти як важливої складової якісної підготовки конкурентоспроможних фахівців для вітчизняного ринку праці. Визначено характерні особливості дуальної освіти як інноваційної форми організації навчального процесу в закладах вищої освіти; акцентовано на важливій ролі практичної підготовки компетентного фахівця. Зроблено висновок про те, що дуальна освіта – практико-орієнтоване навчання з обов’язковими періодами виробничого навчання й виробничої практики, яке впроваджується на базі підприємств, установ, організацій і побудоване на підґрунті соціального партнерства.
