The Principle of Cooperation in Conciliation Procedures

The article discusses and analyzes the principle of cooperation in conciliation procedures. Its correlation with the principle of good faith is analyzed, and the independence of the principle of cooperation is substantiated. In addition, the content of the principle of cooperation in conciliation procedures is revealed, the applied nature of the principle of cooperation in conciliation procedures is revealed. In addition, the possibility of bringing to justice participants in the conciliation procedure in connection with an unmotivated refusal to cooperate in conciliation procedures, including through the imposition of costs and expenses, as well as the introduction of additional sanctions, is being considered.
