Colonnal történt nyelőcsőpótlás után kialakult vastagbél-adenocarcinoma

Absztrakt
Esetismertetés: A szerzők a PTE KK Sebészeti Klinikán korrozív nyelőcsősérülés után 44 évvel a bőrcső-colon anastomosis területén, a nyakon kialakult vastagbél-adenocarcinoma operatív megoldását ismertetik. Megbeszélés: Betegüknél ezen műtétet megelőzően 44 évvel sósav ivását követően kialakult középsúlyos nyelőcső-, gyomor- és gégesérülés után sorozatos gégeplasztikák, majd végleges tracheostomia, illetve nyelőcső-eltávolítás történt, pylorus plasztikával, két ülésben végzett ileocolon transzpozíciójával. A műtét során antethoracalis nyelőcsőképzést végeztek ileocolonnal és bőrcső-kiegészítéssel. A felvitt colonban 44 évvel később kifekélyesedett adenocarcinoma igazolódott, melyet resecáltak és mikro-éranastomosisok alkalmazásával izolált jejunumszegmentum átültetésével állították helyre a beteg nyelésképességét.
