AbstractThe political philosopher Catherine Heldt is currently the Nancy Reeves Dreux Professor of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame and the Editor‐in‐Chief of theReview of Politics. Zuckert's work is oriented around two political philosophers, Leo Strauss and Plato, and the topics of natural right, the history of philosophy, the “crisis of modernity,” and the relation between philosophy, literature, and politics. Zuckert has published widely on ancient and modern philosophy, American literature, and contemporary cultural debates.
