ANALISIS HARD SKILL, SOFT SKILL DAN SELF EFFICACY PADA MAHASISWA FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS UNIVERSITAS HALU OLEO

Dalam dunia pekerjaan hal yang menjadi patokan dalam melihat kualitas SDM adalah memiliki hard skill, Soft Skill dan Self Efficacy. Oleh karena itu, sejak di bangku kuliah, mahasiswa perlu mempersiapkan diri dengan hard skill, soft skill, dan self efficacy untuk bersaing di dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hard Skill, Soft Skill dan Self Efficacy Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Halu Oleo. Sumber informasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak lima belas (15) orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisa data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknis analisis naratif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hard skill pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis telah berkembang, tetapi masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam beberapa aspek seperti pada kecerdasan angka dan daya ingat. Sementara soft skill mahasiswa sudah berkembang dengan baik, serta self efficacy mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis sudah berada pada tingkat yang baik. In the world of work, the benchmark in seeing the quality of human resources is having hard skills, soft skills and self-efficacy. Therefore, since college, students need to prepare themselves with hard skills, soft skills, and self-efficacy to compete in the world of work. This study aims to determine Hard Skills, Soft Skills and Self Efficacy in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Halu Oleo University. The sources of information from this study were fifteen (15) people. Data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method uses qualitative descriptive analysis method. The data analysis technique uses narrative analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, the results showed that hard skills in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business have developed, but still face various challenges in several aspects such as numerical intelligence and memory. While the soft skills of students have developed well, and the self-efficacy of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business is at a good level.
