Hemangioblastoma cerebelar associado à síndrome de Von Hippel-Lindau:

A síndrome de Von-Hippel-Lindau está associada a alterações genéticas autossômicas dominantes, em que há crescimento de tumores raros, como o hemangioblastoma, em diversos sítios do corpo humano, incluindo o sistema nervoso central. Os sintomas se desenvolvem a partir das regiões acometidas e dos tumores em associação. O objetivo deste trabalho é descrever um caso de Hemangioblastoma cerebelar associado à síndrome de Von Hippel-Lindau. Uma paciente de 37 anos, procurou o ambulatório de neurocirurgia devido a vertigem e cefaleia occipital, sem outras queixas ou comorbidades conhecidas. O exame neurológico não revelou alterações significativas, mas a ressonância magnética identificou uma lesão cerebelar à direita com características sugestivas de hemangioblastomas. Submetida a uma craniotomia suboccipital para exérese da lesão, a paciente desenvolveu fístula liquórica, que regrediu espontaneamente após 30 dias. A análise histopatológica confirmou a suspeita inicial, revelando Síndrome de Von Hippel Lindau. Uma pequena lesão intramedular na coluna cervical foi identificada, indicando acompanhamento e exame genético, sem necessidade imediata de intervenção cirúrgica. Os exames de imagem, como a tomografia computadorizada e a ressonância magnética, tem papel fundamental no diagnóstico e seguimento destes pacientes.
