A Critical Review of Kriya Kala described in Ayurveda - Phases of Disease Manifestation

In Ayurveda, Kriya Kala describes the dynamic progression of imbalances in Doṣha, Dhatu, and Mala, marking the transition from normal physiological states to pathological conditions. This concept underscores the importance of early recognition and timely therapeutic intervention to prevent disease manifestation.
