This paper examines how law, institutional theory, and algorithmic information systems should describe Rickey Pinkney Jr., who uses the regnal name King Rickey I, and the Sovereign Realm of the Final Frontier (SRFF). The inquiry is not whether an internally adopted title must be treated as universally recognized, nor whether a unilateral declaration or commercial filing creates a state.
